1. Who we are. Nexstead designs, builds and manages websites and Google Business Profiles for local service businesses. Contact: hello@getnexstead.com.
2. What we collect. When you buy or contact us: your name, email, phone number and billing details. Payments are processed by Whop; we never see or store your full card number. To build your site: business information, logos, photos and text you send us. Basic website and listing statistics (visits, calls, form submissions) so we can report results to you. When you request a free preview on our website, the details you enter (business name, city, email, and optionally your phone number and a link) are sent to us by email through Web3Forms.
3. How we use it. To deliver and support the services you bought, send receipts and service updates, prepare your monthly reports, and respond to your questions. We don't send marketing emails unless you agree.
4. Who we share it with. Only the providers we need to run the service: Whop (payments), Web3Forms (preview request emails), our website host, and Google (Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics). We do not sell your personal information.
5. How long we keep it. While you are a client, and afterward only as long as needed for records, taxes or legal reasons.
6. Your choices. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hello@getnexstead.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
7. Security. We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no online service is completely secure.
8. Children. Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
9. Changes. We may update this policy and will post the new version with its date. Material changes will be emailed to active clients.
10. Governing law. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
